John Argyrakos is an alumni of the University of Piraeus. He is the Director of OTEAcademy and Certified as a Customer Experience Practitioner. For the last 15 years, he worked in the Financial & Training industry accumulating diverse experience in large training projects in several countries, while constantly reading business books and trying to growth more every day.
