The Hellenic Urban Cycling Federation (E.O.A.P) was founded with the view to promote the use of bicycles in the context of a sustainable policy for urban and sub-urban mobility in Greece.

Main goal of the Federation is to encourage and support the establishment of associations in as many Greek cities as possible, by providing the knowledge and good practices in the local communities of urban cyclists.

The Federation aspires to be the voice of urban cyclists on issues that require nationwide coordination and to represent urban cyclists internationally. 

The Hellenic Urban Cycling Federation (E.O.A.P) has already applied for membership in the ECF.
