Dr. Manolis M. Tsangaris is the Head of Analytics at Performance Technologies. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an Electrical Engineering Diploma from National Technical University of Athens, Greece. He has also worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories and several US West Coast/Boston Startups. He has been working on Analytics, both Processing and Visualization. His team delivers advanced analytics solutions to Performance Customers, in the areas of Network Performance Monitoring and Business Process Analytics.

He practices an agile methodology to analytics, for collection, curation, modelling, descriptive and predictive analytics, with concurrent visualization of the partial and end results.
